Zach Row-Heyveld

Zach Row-Heyveld helps libraries use data and analytics to improve circulation, optimize collections, and make the best use of collection budgets. At ThirdWay Space, Zach creates circulation heat maps that show libraries which shelves circulate the most books and which ones aren't pulling their weight.

When he's not helping other libraries at ThirdWay Space, Zach is the Assistant Director of a vibrant, thriving public library in northeast Iowa where he's in charge of adult programming, strategic planning, and leads teams on marketing and visitor services. Prior to joining public libraries in 2021, he spent over a decade building exhibits and working in museum collections.
